Show information about the user when banned

I think when we click on a banned user's profile, we should be able to see things like their ratings, and their posts, just like a normal user's profile. We should not be able to post on their wall. And it should show why they're banned. It's a bitch to look through all those pages to see if that guy who's contacting me on skype trying to buy something got banned for scamming or not.

This is not a feature that can be easily controlled and would require custom development. There are other features that we'd like to have developed before something like this would be.
