Show user's ban reason instead of blocking profile

So, this is finally a suggestion because this is quite annoying. For banned people, instead of saying the profile is just not available why not just display the ban reason? Would make it easier for all of us instead of having to try to go through posts to find the ban reason or to the members tab...

It shows N/A when no one staff member banned them, but they were banned automatically by the warning system after getting one too many warning points.
It would be mis-informative to say that the last staff member to warn them was the staff member to ban them, because, for example, they may have received 74 warning points from one staff member and 1 from the last person to warn them; and only 1.3% of their ban reason would be due to that violation and that staff member's warning.
Of course, all the details regarding all of the warnings and by which staff member they were issued cannot fit into the ban reason, so it is left as you see it.

Yeah pretty much. I see no reason to get custom development done for this, but if we do end up recreating the ban reason addon like Jayson planned we might as well include this.
