About me:
Hello! Well, I see you're viewing my thread! If you're wondering about me, here it goes. My name is Joel! I'm a 14 year old boy in grade 8. I was born in Canada and moved to Israel when I was around 3 years old. I lived there for around half of my life. I had mixed emotions leaving. I was happening I was moving on but I would miss all of my friends. That meant, I had to make new friends. I live in a farm with other families that are my cousins. I don't really hang out with them anymore. I play 1 sport, baseball. I've always loved baseball and just the way it is. My marks in school are good, really good actually. I hope you learned a little bit about me.

Those are the ones I'd be applying for your server. I will talk a little about the roles and how It would fit me. I'm not looking to INVEST in your server, so don't ask me that please, unless I come forward and come ask you. Ok, now I'm going to talk about the roles:
About the roles:
Community Manager:
I'm very experienced with forums. I'm willing to accept/decline applications. I'd also read suggestions and talk with you about them. I think I'd fit this role perfectly since I'd take time and look things over. My main goal would try to keep players happy and the server have a good reputation.
Staff Manager:
What a staff manager does is keeps staff organised and ready. I would make decisions for demotes/promotions. I would communicate with them and see how they're handling everything. I'd make sure they get the respect they need.
Administrator:
To me, this ties into a community. They have the same role in my opinion. Tho, a community manager would mostly just be on the forums, not in game. Tho, for a admin, I'd be on forums and on the server. I will have all the perms as a community manager. This is a little more different in my opinion. I wouldn't necessarily want pay for this.
Forum Moderator:
A forum moderator is someone who moderates the forums and make sure everyone is following the rules. I'd moderate the threads and new posts. I'd make sure everyone is doing what they're suppose to be doing. I would ban/warn players for the behavior depending on the rules.
How I am/how I work:
I'm very mature person. I love to socialize with other players and like to get to know them! I also love joking around while enforcing the rules. I'll be focused, determined, to make the server great. I will be very active at all the times. If you ever need me, just pm me on the forums/mcm/skype. I'm also experienced with configuration. You may think, he has no rep don't go with him. I know I don't have much rep etc, but, I don't think rep means anything. Someone can have 500 rep and might not be fit for any of these positions. I'm not trying to say I'm better than them, but some people might not be fit for a position like this.
My intention would be to fill all the expectations of a staff member, which includes recording hackers, moderating chat, ensuring all rules are followed, etc. I am very confident in my ability to remain unbiased and favor no one. I would put forth my best efforts to also set a positive example for all members.
I will communicate and act mature around players at all time. My main goal is to make the server/community a great server and help make it onto people server lists by making it have a clean and enjoyable environment. I will do this by reporting rule breakers and keeping the chat to a nice state. I would love to create a safe environment for everyone, old and new. Also, I will always help others and keep them as my priority.
Weaknesses/Strengths:
I don't really have any weaknesses really. My main struggle may be taking this job to serious at some times. Other than that, I'm a mature player that has tons of strengths.
Strengths:
This is where my strengths come in, I have strengths for the server and the forums. I can handle mature stuff without a problem. I won't get over exhausted nor uncivilized with players. Me personally, everyone should be treated fairly. Not just in Minecraft or any other game, but in life. I can be calm with players and know how to handle situations that some people can't handle. Also, I will not get angry at players over anything.

Monday: School: 4PM-10AM(unless homework etc)
Tuesday: School: 4PM-10AM (unless homework etc)
Wednesday: School: 4PM-10AM (unless homework etc)
Thursday: School: 4PM-10AM (unless homework etc)
Friday: School: 4PM-12AM (unless homework etc)
Saturday: Weekend: 8AM-12AM (unless family stuff etc)
Sunday: Weekend: 8AM-10AM (unless church, family stuff etc)

Please don't expect me to be on your forums/server the whole time. I'll try to be active, but I can't promise anything. Also, I will not invest in your served nor do configurations.
