All of our servers currently have locations in the EU with exceptions of: 16GB RAM SSD Dedicated Servers(Options between EU or US), 32GB RAM SSD Dedicated Servers(options between EU or US), and our 72GB RAM Dedicated Server on our Specials page is US only. Our Value Servers are located in the EU at this time, however, we hope to open a node up within this next month and we can move anyone over as needed. Users generally shouldn't have much connection issues to EU servers unless they are on the far west side such as California. Feel free to test on a server we sponsor(it's located in the EU)- play.Herobrines.com
This IP is also DDOS protected remotely so a ping rate may be high, however, it routes to it's final destination securely and won't effect actual gameplay.

Hello- I understand your concern regarding the featured lists and why we haven't listed full server specs. This is simply because we have provided a link to benchmark test that details the exact processor name, cores, threads, and Ghz ratings- no need to list it twice and they know exactly what they will be receiving. We do not deceive our customers by simply stating the specs without model numbers- we offer proof. We assure our customers they will be getting the best deals for the money in Minecraft as far as server specs go- simply compare benchmarks if you wish!

Sorry, we purchased a publically available theme with correct licensing to do with it as we please. You do not own any rights to claim it as yours, besides a license to use it.

As we've also stated above prior, we are working on a new design to present ourselves in a more professional manner and this current website was put together a few months ago to get us out there as quick as possible. After all, we are one of the few registered businesses hosting Minecraft servers.

Well, you look reasonable I guess. I'm not in a rude mood right now so I'll be kind.

Your thread design looks stellar, amazing props to the designer. However when I view your website, I'm just disappointed. I feel like there's some quality barrier between your marketing and then the product I'd receive, but that may just be from my marketing standpoint. On another note, as Elcro noted, hosts sell way too cheap. I understand you have to rival the competition, but you're underselling yourself. I'd think that if you sold at $5/GB even, that would be perfect. The hardware you're using isn't half bad from what I've seen on here and your website, just don't try to compete where you shouldn't have to.

My girlfriend is my designer. We're currently creating a new website as the current one, I will admit, was thrown together in a desperate attempt to go live quickly. The new one will resemble the forum thread.
We're trying out new things with pricing and so on as we are brand new to this market and learning what to expect.
I completely agree that for our server specs and their actual performance, we are underselling ourselves by an obsurb amount. I've had my own server hosted on these nodes for months with no lag issues and over 140 plugins across 5 different servers on one dedicated server. Frankly, the competition has gotten fierce, and we have almost no choice but to offer these prices. Which is exactly why we're looking for other product to offer and marketing . With that being said, if anyone is willing to offer a proposal with a great deal of experience in this market- we are always looking, as ShulkerHosting is here to stay.

Thank you! We are working on our live support team in an effort to hire on more and retrain to better serve you. There's been too many instances where they are simply unable to help and provide an answer. Rest assured, we will have this transition done within the next couple of days.
