Hello,

I’m wanting to shut down my server as I no longer like Minecraft and find having a server pointless if I don’t play it. I want to shut it down as fast as I can but be able to prevent any chargebacks that get filed against me. If you think you could help please let me know.

Thanks!

I’ve seen that I need to wait 180 days from the last donation so no one can chargebac[DOUBLEPOST=1502208586][/DOUBLEPOST]
Stop allowing donations for the last month, then close down after a month.
But they can still chargeback

Yep I found that out. I have terms and conditions yes.

You agree to our refund policy we have. Our refund policy is based on a "24 hour refund" policy. Which basically states you have 24 hours to ask for a refund before you are no longer allowed to ask for a refund. We will not accept a refund outside the 24 hour zone unless you have a very clear and evident reason for requesting a refund, however please note it is still up to the decision of the owner of the account the payment was made to. In the event of a chargeback that is either before the 24 hour refund policy time span after purchase is over or after the 24 hour refund policy time span after purchase is over, you acknowledge the fact that you are no longer eligible for our refund policy.

Those TOS don't cover you. You should have had a term like: "If the server shuts down for any reason, the client is not allowed to chargeback or ask for a refund. No money will be refunded".

send it to another paypal all the money close the account hooked up to the buycraft and yeah

Do this. Move all your money etc to a new PayPal and then after close the PayPal account (the one you recieved the funds in). Hence, that way if they do chargeback the account is no longer there so how you gonna lose money?
I can’t do that. I’ve been using this PayPal account for many years. It’s a business PayPal which I and other people use for actual business things. I have it hooked up and used for many things.

I would suggest moving the money just in case. If they won't charge back then good, but if they do, your money is not in danger.
