Sign Warp Plugin

Hi guys

today i need a plugin were people can click a sign and there will be no cool down i can make the sign how ever i want and type a command and left click the sign to link the command to the sign i want it to run a console command so like

Example:
/warp Hood would be like a fast warp to the hood

I tried but it still has cool downs i dont want to give players essentials perms for no cooldowns bc they can type /spawn with a instant warp

yes i am with no cool down for signs ONLY[DOUBLEPOST=1489371092][/DOUBLEPOST]i tried to do it with console run command and op command for some reason still nope
