SignElevator plugin

Hello,

The RogueHCF Network need a Sign Elevator plugin similar to VeltPvP's.

Before people say to use Edvio's sign elevator, it has a bug where elevator down teleports you in the air instead of to the floor.

Must have no requirement for a sign below it either.

Yes but subbotted is away right now. He doesn't get back to his main pc until tomorrow and our BETA SOTW is today.
