Silkspawners 1.13.2 (Still need)

Hello! It's my understanding that the dev of SilkSpawners has lost interest/run out of time to contribute to updating SilkSpawners from its current version (1.12.2) to 1.13.2. I think the code is open source, this is the last plugin I need to update my server to 1.13.2 so If someone can get on this that would be great.

If this has already been done I'd appreciate a direction, if not PM me with prices at
