Silkspawners isn't working for some reason

Hello so I am making a server and we just installed silkspawners, and when I go to my Skyblock island the passive mob spawn works fine but when I place a spawner down the mob inside disappears and nothing spawns. Right now I'm using SuperiorSkyblock2 as the skyblock core, here are the rest of my plugins.

Is anyone able to tell me how to fix it?

Any errors in console? Did you change the config file at all?

This is what it's saying when I download the previous version, also I have WorldGuard so Idk why it says that WorldGuard was not found and support is disabled..?
