Similar Cosmicpvp's /Cf or gambling plugin.

Hey, I'm looking for someone who can create or already have a plugin that features the Gambling system that the CosmicPvp Server has. It features a command called /cf where you can choose a piece of wool to choose your side to win, and when you're betting you have a chance of winning the amount that you putted in. You can check out the plugin live on the Cosmicpvp.net Server by doing /cf on one of its planets.
