What am I good at?
I am pretty good at managing projects, managing staff, making sure everyone is active and following up. I am also good at recruiting competent staff and evaluating their potential.
Who am I?
I am a 15 years old student, prospect of a Canadian Hockey League team, the Drummondville Voltigeurs. Even though I am young, I am pretty smart, 94% average last year. I also speak French somI can speak in English and French to handle multilingual staff or clients.
What is important to me?
I try to focus on good quality/price ration, trying to get the client satisfied, because a happy client is totally going to vouch or recommend your group/company. If you want to have a successful business, having happy clients is a MUST.
What I am willing to improve on?
I am willing to improve my interactions with other people, sometimes I feel like I could’ve said something else and it would’ve improved a situation, and working in a management position will totally help me improving on that.
