Looking for a web developer

I'm looking for a primary web developer who is able to create a minimalistic crypto based coin flip site (ETH and BTC).

We'd like to have a deposit feature where the user can deposit their crypto into the site and have a balance and all the other normal things a crypto based gambling website may have.
Our only game will be coin flip, for every coin flip a fee would be sent towards the house.
