Simple .AI File (Adobe Illustrator) Modifications [Non-Minecraft]

I recently ordered a design that I now need to edit. The design was created using Adobe Illustrator, which is software that I do not own and am not willing to pirate.

I'm looking for a designer that can make very simple modifications such as:

• Changing text
• Scaling images
• Editing the dimensions
