Simple Chest plugin

Hello,

I am looking for someone to develop a very simple enderchest plugin for me.

The enderchest needs to do two things;

1. It needs to spawn randomly across the map within a set area and broadcast its location.

2. It needs to issue a command from another plugin when the chest is found and clicked.

I'm not sure what it will cost to get this developed but I'd love to get some bids!
