Simple Color Plugin

I need a plugin that allows someone to change the color of their names, without actually being able to change their own name

For example, if someone with an ign of superballerdude wanted to change his name to Superballerdude, he would need to use &4Sup&berballer&dude

This plugin basically lets people change their username to whatever color they want but they don't have access to actually changing their nickname, they also don't have permission to bold,italics,underline, and the other special ones, they only have access to color

Command to do this

/Nick [ign] [color]
/Nick reset

There is no /nick reset but... /nick off

Or simply just use essentials...
