Simple Coordinates Plugin 1.15.2 Spigot

What I would like
I want a simple Minecraft 1.15.2 Spigot plugin. I want a command to do /c and it displays your coordinates in public chat. And if you do /c [username], it private messages said user your coordinates instead of the public chat.
When is the deadline?
Since it's simple, I'll like to have the finished plugin done by tomorrow night (5-7pm (Mountain Standard))
What I want it to look
§6Username§r coords are §6[§rcoords§6] §bPM§r: Username sent you his coords! Their coords are §6[§rcoords§6]
What version do you want your creation to be made in?
1.15.2 Spigot
