Simple Deathban Developement [Paid]

I'm looking for a plugin developer to help me develop a deathban system, with a few certain specifications. The ones available for free didn't scratch the itch, so im now commissioning for it. I do believe the work will be short and quick, and im offering 10 euro for it, with a possibility of offering more if the job turns out to be more complicated than thought.
