I'm looking for a custom enchants plugin with vanilla potion effects that I could apply to my items as enchants.

For example, you would be able to add poison to your sword and when you hit someone with it they would get poison for a short amount of time. I would like to have a simple /ce GUI where you can exchange EXP for these enchants. I don't have a price however I'm not looking to pay a lot because I feel like this is a simple task. If anyone has a configuration or a plugin that they have or know of please let me know.
