Simple forge mod

Looking for a forge mod that can recognize an item name from the title of a chest and grab that specific item

Example:

The mod would grab the map from the chest automatically.

I'm obviously very new here and have 0 vouches or anything so I am perfectly willing to go first with people who have vouches.
