Simple GUI Plugin

Hello Mc Market,

I am requesting a simple GUI plugin for my server. This request is with regards to a extension of the plugin KoTH. Essentially, what I would like is a gui to open up when a player issues the command /koth. Inside the gui is a single line with 2 enchanted swords. When you hover over the sword it displays one of the koth names. when you click on the sword it tps you to the koths location.
