Simple Knockback plugin

Hello, I was hoping someone could reach out to me if you're a plugin developer. I would like a simple plugin for 1.7 and 1.8 spigot that can change the player's Knockback via config.yml file. Also, I would need a super simple profile system that comes in the config (I can further explain how it would work) And thats it. I want to keep it cheap and simple, if you can get this done please reply with your discord. I will pay.
