Simple MOTD plugin

I need a /motd set "New server list motd" plugin

I don't want to set it in the config.yml and reload the plugin, I want a command that literally overwrites whatever is in that config.yml.

My plan is to use it to set customizable server list MOTDs so that when I disable serverlistplus it will show up instead of Serverlistplus's regular message. for things like events or such. etc.
