Simple plugin [$5] 5 commands

I am looking for a plugin for my server that does:
/empire help {lists commands}
/empire war <player> goes to war with another player {overrides all pvp disables}
/empire create {no name required}
/empire leave {leaves your clan, if creater leaves the empire is gone}
/empire peace <player> disables pvp for 2 players

- chat colors are blue for command yellow for help
- if you create a empire At the before your name it says &8[&4E&8]&f
- plugins, pex essentials chat, essentials and vault
- discord Mattcastle03#7131
- MUST CREATE A EMPIRE to do commands if not in one &cYou are not in a emprie

-extra dolor - If your in a empire it reduces your damage by 1 heart {going to be tested}
