Simple plugin for a vouch

I basically need a plugin which does this:

I need to be able to give a player an extra prefix, and this has to be a chat placeholder.

Basically, I can do a command such as:
/superprefix <player> set <prefix>
/superprefix <player> remove <prefix>

Then there could be an essentials chat placeholder, like: {superprefix_prefix}
