Simple Plugin

I need a plugin that will display the message "&fUnknown command. Type "/help" for help." unless the command is listed, the configuration will look like this


Allowedcommands:
- 'command1'
- 'command2'

Commands like "/command1 part2" also need to work, they don't need to be listed. My budget for this is 10$

Why don't you try to find one on a spigot. I'm pretty sure that there is plugin like CommandBlocker or something, you don't need to waste your money for that simple thing.
