Simple plugins (Ideas)

So I am trying to practice my programming skills and I want to get some ideas on what to make.

So could you guys help me with it?

Forums, Apply Link, Ranks that kind of jazz but your able to lets say change the color form the default (Lets do &6&lAPPLY) into (Lets do &4&lAPPLY HERE) something like that maybe?
