I am looking for something simple It needs to check your local servers database ( MYSQL )
and look for a data EUM then if that eum checks true it will look in the same database data(TEXT) called path example ( Config\batchs\start.bat ) and run that start.bat file
I am not looking for anything special looking, just a program when you run it it will do that ^
