Simple responsive portfolio site [HTML/CSS only].

Looking to make a very simple portfolio website for myself, literally just HTML/CSS. Normally I'd make it myself but I suck at making things work on mobile and I'd rather just get someone else to do it, lol.

Hey, I can take this on. I'd be doing this in Gatsby.js instead of just HTML/CSS. If you were looking to get HTML-only so you could edit the website's content then what I can offer instead with my stack is a customized backend CMS where you can add, edit, delete pretty much anything you'd like on the website (to your specification).
