Simple Scoreboard needed

Hey I am in need of a scoreboard that can use the exp bar, Ive tried infoboard but it just simply does not do the trick. What I need it to do is, to display the players balance, xp bar, amount of players online and the players ping. If I can I will work out something with you. Thank you

By "xp bar", do you mean showing how much XP the player has?

All depending on how much you want, and yes I mean how much Xp the player has.
