Simple survival spawn

Title says it all, just simply looking for a small survival spawn for a new survival server. You can check out my previous servers here to see that i'm serious. http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/pepper_coco/

Budget is around $15, but I can be a little flexible. Spawn shouldn't be bigger than say around 100x50, I only have 1 request that we can talk about in private.
