Simple Terraforming

Hey!

Basically I'm needing to get some mountains to enclose a square area. The square is 132x132 and that must be a completely flat area in the center of terrain.

I'd like to get mountains surrounding this. The final product MUST be divisible by 16 blocks each side and fit chunks perfectly.

The mountains should be created to act like a tessellating wall that stops people from being able to see into the chunks that are not enclosed.

This should be achieved using as little space as possible without losing any aesthetic value.
