Simple /wild plugin

Hi All,
I'm just asking today for a simple vouch plugin, vouching is allowed not rep before anyone moans. I am aware that there are plenty of /wild plugins out there however I want something a tad different.

I would like a simple /wild plugin that works through a GUI, for more details please contact me, I don't believe it is going to be to much of a difficult job hence why am I letting people do it for a vouch, maybe something more.
