Lol if anything they're the other way around XD, they offer tons of services, and being a customer of theirs and previously shockbyte's, I would definitely say that their hosting is much better, if you don't know already:

- Simplex's dedicated IPs only cost $2/month, unlike ShockByte's $5/month.

- Simplex's support is more active, typical Shockbyte ticket responses take more than 24 hours.

- They do not have any promotional offers as of now, and simplexbytes constantly offering.

SimplexHosting deserves a lot more recognition for the quality servers they provide. Luckily, I am one of the first few clients to get a discount on their services, and jeez, do they impress. For anyone looking for a stable, reliable, cheap and secure host, my recommendations are 100% with these guys! Awesome stuff, keep it up.

I do my job well? Where'd that one come from? Everything I do for work I tend to keep unaffiliated from Minecraft purposely so I'm not exactly sure what's being referenced. Thanks for clarifying you're not a representative of the company however.
