What is Simplify
We are a service that creates modular bots at a cheap price. At our shop, we have a wide variety of modules, ranging from our basics line to our supreme line.
What we have done is created a solution where you are able to get a custom bot at a cheap price, as well as making the functions interchangeable at any time!
The great thing about us is that we host the bot, making sure you don’t have to worry.

We have a large budget and an investor willing to invest more into the business so we definitely know this will succeed.

Requirements:
Must be able to sign an NDA (or get a parent to co-sign).
Must be above 15 Years old.
Must be able to speak in Voice Calls.
Must be good and creating documents (good vocabulary).
Must be able to communicate well.
A resume/CV is required

Payments:
All roles will get monthly payments along with a small % of sales.
This payment and % will vary on expertise.

COO:
Chief of Operations
You will be in charge of content creation, Staff team, inquiries and more.

CFO:
Chief Finance Officer
You will be in charge of creating spreadsheets of our monthly payments, Refunds, Profits, and Shares. You will also control whether customers get a refund etc.

Marketer:
Must be able to know where we can advertise to get as many customers as possible. Must always find partnerships and events we can partner with etc.

I’d like to point out that there is variation in the legal age for NDa’s. As an example, the US has the soft limit of 15-16, whilst most of the European countries have it at the age of 12-13. Another issue is that Non Disclosures are only for privacy related issues. In other words, when under a non disclosure I cannot release inside information without an authorization. These can only be signed between a registered company and a minor with parental signature. Contracts are legal for minors too, but it would require a certificate (talking about french law) or authorization for the minor to be employed, this agreement would be between the school, the government and the parents.

As a conclusion, I’d suggest you step away from the idea of going full legal and doing Non Disclosures. Instead, have a look at documentation.
