How long does it take to complete?

Quality and cheap art is not easy to do, so we do ask for your utmost patience and respect! Wait time is "usually" 1-5 days, though we will keep you updated on your order B^)

How does payment work?

Payment is asked for in the end. You will be provided a watermarked version of your art purchase. Once provided, we expect payment soon. Once payment is received, you will get the unwatermarked version of your purchase. We will only accept payment via PayPal friends and family.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are strictly prohibited, and can not, nor will be issued. If you have a problem with your purchase, you may go through us to get it resolved.

SkarmMines is extremely unreliable I remember when I used to do this minecraft server shit paid her for a vid she stopped talking to me after 1 month of nagging she just gave me the same bullshit sob story I don't care about I just wanted to do business but she scams me smh

Devouch. Several MONTHS ago, I gave skarmmines $15 as an investment for her to buy some art program, she promised $30 back and a drawn avatar in return. I got the money, but never got the avatar. I constantly reminded her about it every single week for the last several months and she constantly makes excuses to not do it. Common excuses would include, being grounded, "family related problems", other commissions, and she also commonly flat out ignored me. I gave up on it for like 2 months, then she PM'd me on MC-market last month and said "Hi. I know it's been a long time, and you're upset with me, like everyone else, but I'm making up for my mistakes now that I'm back for good. I'll make your avatar", we have about 5 pages of discussion and arguing over a mere avatar and she still hasn't completed it to this day. Very immature and hard to work with, I would never consider hiring her, and I highly recommend no one considers hiring her.
