Hello MCM!
Today, I have made a site which includes a compiled list of hosting companies I feel are sub-par based on experience I have had in the past. All of the companies I have listed have either one of the following problems:

- Servers perform poorly
- Support is sub-par
- Poorly designed website
- All of the above

I know these hosting companies can do much better. However, due to the combined problems experienced above, I have not been able to identify nearly any changes that would make me feel otherwise. Feel free to look at the list. If you feel I should take a look at other hosting companies as well and list my experience, I certainly will. This thread is not intended to defame, it should be used as constructive criticism only.

What would be your criteria/taking into consideration when naming a host a so-called 'kiddie host'?

A host who is unprofessional, appears to be unprofessional. However, this site is intended to be taken moderately-seriously.

I do, for all the hosting companies listed, I have had an in-depth interaction with one, or all of the aspects of each company.

SkidHosts is back up! It went down due to a DDoS attack, but we have it on a new protected server, so it should be fine.

maybe you should list the reason why a host is on the list? cause I've been using minespan for a while now and I've not experienced a particularly large amount of problems.

Minespan servers perform extremely poor compared to the likes of BeastNode, Shockbyte, etc.

well, I guess it's true enough. For anything other than a solo builder they're not worth the money in most cases.
