Skin editing

So I have this skin that is really old (before the 2nd layer body update) and isn't shaded too great. I am offering $1 USD ($2.50 if it is amazing) for someone to revamp my skin, make it shaded better, maybe change the art style a bit while still keeping the idea the same. Please try to keep the light blue color(#1C90ED) and the dark blue(#002A3E) colors the same please.
