There was no scam. Just as clarification, he produced an entirely different quality of work than what was in "his" portfolio (the quotations because I'm more than confident that it is not his work. However I don't want to make false assumptions.) Anyways here are some screenshots for clarification:

Mind you, the skin he made he took the head off of my current skin. In conclusion, the skin in my opinion was no where near what he was claiming to be able to produce. But feel free to open a scam report if you still feel I have wronged you in this transaction.
