SKINS- RPG winter tribe and seal folk player skins

Hello, I run a minecraft server and want to set up a winter holiday event with quests and for that I need skins for the npcs. I'm looking to hire someone to create a bunch (not sure of actual count yet- maybe 12?) of skins that I can use for this area.

I specially want someone that can make medieval winter skins. You'll be making seal folk, as well as just normal humans in winter clothing that I can use.

One skin that I need has to be an older lady in winter clothing, etc.

Also! This will also have to be done fairly quickly, there's only a bit of time left before Christmas, so I'd say perhaps a week and a half time limit to work on them?
