SkPrison - Need a Java Developer

I am Highest; the owner of "SkPrison". You have probably heard of us, we were #2 on NameMC for a month or so but were ranked down because of lack of upvotes.
We are in need of a java developer who can recode my scripts into java at a reasonable price and timeframe. Some of these plugins include, rankup, prestiges, rebirths, custom enchants (we also need to make the java plugins work with skript variables to prevent a full reset) We need someone who we can trust and who will be available. We have a certain version of spigot 1.8.8 that allows us for certain "1.7 coded" scripts to work.
We will not pay until the product is delivered and until we are satisfied with it.
We do not have a budget for the plugins, but we certainly have enough to pay.
We need someone who has a high, positive reputation

Skript causes lag spikes every so often and isnt very stable. I need a stable TPS in order for some 100k+ youtubers to record

Skript can't cause lag
skript will cause lag just if you are using a lot of variables or something wrong with your code or you have stupid addon
