Is Skrill a good way to transfer money to sites and withdraw to the bank account? I heard its a budget paypal is this true?

The fees are way higher than those of paypal from what I can remember. Also chargebacks aren't possible.

Not really, what if you get scammed out of X$, how will you get your money back? You can't rely on the user paying you back so that they don't get banned on this website.[DOUBLEPOST=1551990056][/DOUBLEPOST]
