Skript temporary permission help

I am trying to make temporary permissions through Skript

The Skript:

The last two lines of the skript are me testing, but when using it, it adds the perm and then immediately removes it from the player, any help would be great, thanks!

My first thing to say, is that it's better to use

%uuid of player%

in variables in case of a player name change.
I also see the issue with your skript. Skript largely runs on

if (condition):
    effect
else:
    effect

statements, so unfortunately

if (condition):
    effect
    stop
effect

doesnt do anything.
When you put "stop" it still goes to the lines under it, because it's read as the next step in a multi-step program. Try putting everything after that "stop" into an "else:"
