I am pissed off, so they already delayed the order by like another 2 weeks, today was my WiFi activation date and then I see this... Just before their customer service closes.
You think that's bad? We had no internet for 1/3 of the year due to Plusnet not communicating with Openreach. They didn't even give us any compensation and they took the months out of our contract (so we still had to pay for the months with no service.)
Edit: sorry don't know why I took it as a competition. Hope you get your internet sorted out bro.
I use Virgin Media, pretty expensive but the quality is good. Rarely have issues.
