Skyblock dev needed

I have a Skyblock server called GalaxyKingdom and I just started it so I am on a tight budget.

My budget for now is more or less $20

What needs to be done:

Keep an eye on the server, fix bugs and issues with the server and plugins, configure and set up plugins, install plugins, and if possible make plugins (willing to pay separate for custom plugins) if there isnt already a plug-in made.
