Skyblock - Fully Established Server w/ player-base

Hello, me and my partner are looking to buy a fully established skyblock server with a player-base.
This was what it should include;

- 20+ player-base (Must have 20 active players)
- Fully working skyblock server (Builds, server files fully working efficiently)
- Website (Xenforo website, must be)
- Buycraft (Fully done, icons, description, terms etc)
- Domain (All domains linked towards the server)
- Graphics (All of the graphics, logo, discord logo, banner, trailer etc)
- Active discord (Make sure this discord is active, I rather have 400 members with 100 active than 2000 members with only 200 active members)

Our budget for this server is $1000.
