Skyblock Island Themed Spawn [Paid]

Hi MCM,

I'm looking for a builder that would be able to create a medium sized spawn (125x125? Sorry not too good with sizes) with an island/oriental theme to it. The spawn would be like one middle island with other smaller islands that you can walk over too by bridges etc. I'm willing to pay for the build but am also looking for someone who can provide me with a cheap but efficient build.

What I want included:
- A small area where an NPC (Iron Golem) can stand for people to Right-Click Him to open crates
- A bar type area where people can gamble
- Possibly a small parkour area
- Islands that could have small areas for Easter eggs, or just there for design

Price Range: $30-60 but again as a new server owner I'm not looking to spend all my available funds on builds so anything over this price might be a little too high for me
