Skyblock Lighting Updates

Hello,
I have a skyblock paper spigot server with Askyblock on 1.8.8. We have a problem when players break and place blocks on platforms it will momentarily lag the server. It becomes more of an issue the closer you are to build limit and over the void. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions to either disabling lighting updates or fixing the lag it caused please leave a comment!

I used to own a skyblock server with Askyblock, I would personally not use that core. The reliability of it is horrible, I would suggest this plugin instead
