Skyblock Minions Plugin

Hi, I am looking for a plugin made for Skyblock servers which allows players do to a /minion command and to purchase and sell minions, and to have them mine cobble at different rates, as well as put the cobble into some sort of playervault or chest. If anyone has a plugin that can do this for me with permissions that would be great appreciate it. Willing to pay up to $25
