It says setup, but it really isn't just a setup if it includes a logo, forums, domain, etc...
It is a setup, this is for established servers with a player base. He is looking for a custom server with no player base. Prove it isn't a setup and I will give a pass.
A server setup would be just server files that you customize. This person is asking for an actual server that has a name, domain, website, and logo. If it has those things, it cannot be a setup.
Established servers are servers that are publicly running. Setups are pre-configured servers that has not run publically. I hope this doesn't turn into a post war.
