Introduction:
Hello, I am a Minecraft YouTuber with 30,000 subscribers, and typically average 10,000 views per video. I have been in the process of completely revamping my Skyblock server for quite some time. It's near completion, just need to finish off a couple more small tasks which shouldn't take that long.

Information:
I've been constructing the server by myself which is quite difficult and often interferes with my upload schedule on YouTube. I am creating this thread as an official recruitment thread for another owner to work alongside with me on this project. I would be the CEO and you would be the second in command.

I'm looking for someone who is serious about making a server. Someone willing to dedicate their time to the server, help pay some of the expenses, come up with new ideas, etc. You must be experienced and know how to use FTP, configure plugins, and have good knowledge on how servers function.

The server is only Skyblock at the moment. Once it has a steady player-base and generates a decent income from donations, I am planning on reinvesting a percentage of the money into creating another gamemode and transforming the server into a network.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in Skyblock.
• Experience in owning and managing servers.
• Able to help pay some of the expenses.
• 16+ years of age. (Exceptions can be made)
• Communication via Discord with a working microphone.
• Must be active, dedicated, and patient.

Owner Perks

• 30% of the server's weekly income (May increase depending on your contribution)
• Access to the server's FTP
• Access to the Buycraft so you can track how much the server is making
• Owner role in-game and on Discord

Hey, I would like to become an owner with you for a few reasons;
I am a good team leader and I have owned many servers such as SkyArkham, Cipheria, and Veacon (All Skyblock)
I have a lot of knowledge of server and I work quite fast to get things done, I can make clean configs for plugins, I am a Developer so if we would need any custom plugins, I could make us something. I have a little bit of rep on mc-market. I am a very patient person when it comes to players, managing or just working on the server/community its self. I am 16 years old and my birthday is on the 22nd of January 2003. I am very active in discord and have no life, I spend all day on my computer so this would be perfect for me to do something with my life. I have been making servers for 4 years now, from making skyblock to a hcf network. For my microphone and communication, I have a blue snowball and I can talk to anyone when needed as I stated before, I have no life. I currently don't have a job, but I will be getting one soon so I can help pay for the server's expenses, dedicated box, buycraft, YouTubers, ext. I have a good knowledge of skyblock as I have owned multiple skyblock servers before, I have a few connections with other server owners if we're to need any help with anything. For managing servers, I haven't had a manager position before, but owner and manager are the same things to me, managing the community, staff, ext. I honestly don't really mind about being paid, to me it's just a bonus for all of the work that I would put in. I should also note that I am a System Admin on HostLabs so I can do a lot of backend if you decide to/have a dedicated box.

I suggest finding someone who has already run a successful server with no controversies (such as botting players or scamming istop). Most of the people who will try to contact you here have no idea what they are doing but will lie to get a chance to work with you.
